As the CEO of Discipline Advisors, a financial services firm in Mankato, Minnesota, Joseph Gerard Michaletz leverages a logical and deliberative philosophy to maximize his clients’ returns on investment. Joseph G. Michaletz directs many of them toward Delaware Statutory Trusts, which allow participants to own shares of real estate trusts. He also serves as a FINRA-registered broker through his sister company, DAI Securities, and offers alternative investments through his DAI Wealth, Inc. He holds Series 7, 63, 66, and 24 licenses and explains complex wealth management tools in accessible language.

In addition, Mr. Michaletz has been a member of the Million Dollar Round Table for several years, has presented at the Realtors Land Institute, and has designed continuing education programs. Investment Advisor magazine has featured his work. Mr. Michaletz has been an Alternative & Direct Investment Securities Association board member.

A graduate of Minnesota State University-Mankato with a BS in finance with honors, Mr. Michaletz enjoys private aviation, hunting, and wildlife management. He regularly supports the Catholic Newman Center and the Wild Sheep Foundation.
